Drive from Awash National Park to Samara the capital city of the Afar regional state, on the way enjoy the beautiful landscape. Here we will finish some paper works- permits for the visit then we continue to a small town called Logi for An overnight stay at a local hotel.  (One police man will accompany us)

We drive to Afdera. P.M facilitate the permit paper from the regional tourist office. Here some more people, who are important for our trip, will accompany us. Overnight Local hotel.

Drive from Afrera to Dodom. At Dodum we will hire two mules 1 Guide, 2 police men will accompany us then we will start walk to the Erta Alle Volcanic hills (613 meters above sea level) which is 15kms one way. We will arrive Erta Alle around mid night and walk to see the volcanic eruption and then take rest; the eruption is so colorful and spectacular. At night we will camp nearby the eruption considering the direction of the wind because of the volcanic acid which is not good for health, anytime any one need to see or take a picture the guide is in help. At Night Shooting a good pictures of the Volcano. Overnight camping around Erta Alle.

This day we will walk back the 15 kms  from Earta Alle back to Dodum and meet the vehicles. Then after we will drive to Ahemed Lale. Overnight Camping at Ahemed Lale.

After every early breakfast drive to the Lake Asale, salty Lake and visit the salt workers and the merchant from the highland the salt market and the lake and proceed 17 km to Dalol and enjoy the spectacular view and small hill which is colorful by hot spring in several places. The hot spring out with the sulfurs, potash and salt it forms spectacular formation. Then After drive back to Berhaile for an overnight stay, camping.

Drive from Berhaile to Mekele-the capital of Tigray region on the way visit the Afar village over the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley system to the western highland. Overnight Mekele Axum Hotel.
